What size should I order?
Our clothing is made of comfortable stretch fabric. If you are in between sizes, we recommend ordering one size up. Here is our size chart:

We offer free shipping and free returns to all orders in the United States through our website. If you live outside the United States and would like to purchase, please contact help@shannonsnow.com.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping and returns are free! If you require faster delivery, please email help@shannonsnow.com and we'll do our best to accommodate.
How can I track my order?
When your order is shipped, we send you an email with a tracking number. If you didn’t receive this email, contact help@shannonsnow.com
What is your returns policy?
We happily accept returns and exchanges on all items within 30 days of purchase. Your items must be in original condition with all tags in place. For dresses sold with shorts included, both dress and shorts must be returned in order to receive a refund. Items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. Unfortunately, we can’t accept any returns that don’t meet these requirements.
How do I request a return?
It’s easy! Send an email to returns@shannonsnow.com so we can create a return authorization for you. Once your items have been received, we’ll fully refund you, or send you a new item if you are requesting an exchange.

How do I care for my Shannon Snow dress?
For easy travel, your dress can be washed cold and lay flay to dry. To preserve your dress, do not put in the dryer. You can also dry clean.
